About our sailing diet… 

Breakfast – usually fried, scrambled or boiled eggs with some vegetables. Sometimes, pancakes.

Lunch – at lunch time we are normally under sails so we can have only some snack – cheese, Istrian sausage,  tomato, pepperoni or cabbage and nuts.. Cold beer goes well too…. 

Dinner – we cook: pasta, beans, goulash, fish… what ever we eat at home for lunch.
