Croatia - your sailing destination

At the anchor

Visited in the Summer 2020, 2021

Perfect place, well protected from all but South wind (still might be ok in the E corner).

Send bottom with seagrass patches. Anchor holding well.

No buoys.

Around

Sv.Klement

Sv.Klement is the largest island in Pakleni otoci (islands) archipelago which have spread in front of the port of Hvar. Over six miles long group of islets represents one of biggest attractions of Croatian tourism.

Clear water for swimming and snorkelling, nice trail for hiking to the top of the hill with a beautiful view and  restaurant (konoba) Dionis on the way. We didn’t eat there but next time we will for sure. It looks very inviting.

Only draw back – this time we had to fight too many aggressive thirsty wasps so running away was our only option. Otherwise we would stay at least one more day.
